Social Impact Program
I led the strategic design and implementation of lululemon's Social Impact Program across Australia and New Zealand, championing access to wellbeing for marginalised and minority communities through purposeful partnerships and meaningful investment.
At the core of this work was identifying, connecting and onboarding grassroots non-for-profits who provided access to well being. I built authentic relationships with these partners, understanding their missions, challenges, and the communities they served to ensure our support was genuinely impactful, not transactional.
During my tenure, I strategically granted over $1 million to partner organisations, carefully allocating resources to maximize reach and sustainable change. This wasn't simply about distributing funds, it was about designing holistic partnership models that included financial support, in-kind product donations, volunteer engagement, co-created experiences, and amplification of partner stories.
I developed frameworks for partner onboarding, activation design, and ongoing relationship management that ensured both accountability and authentic collaboration. Each partnership was thoughtfully crafted to align with business objectives while prioritizing community need, creating a powerful intersection of purpose and performance.
Throughout this work, I championed equity and inclusion as non-negotiables, ensuring that lululemon's social impact strategy actively dismantled barriers to wellbeing rather than perpetuating them. I advocated fiercely—internally and externally—for centering the voices and leadership of the communities we aimed to serve, transforming how corporate partnerships could show up for social good.
