Track Thursdays is the highlight of the week for many AM:PM runners. The discord channel blows up the night before with potential workouts, we agree upon one with multiple heart shaped emojis.

The crew trickles in, ones and twos, admission fee is a fist pump or low five.Track is where you converse about the week that was, share ideas over laps, or test out our freshest new gears. The inside lanes are for speed work, the outside are for chatting and cheering.

The finish line is a warm brew with a mate whilst steaming like the coffee you’re sipping.Track is a place where the crew connection is as hot as laps, where energy is currency, and everyone is looking to invest in themselves and each other.
